App update review submissions staying forever in review loop

We’re currently in a loop where submissions are being returned without clear chat guidance, and despite providing the detailed test plan and responses, we’re unable to determine what specific blockers remain. This has resulted in multiple resubmissions without forward progress. This is a minor update to existing app and many enterprise customers are waiting for the new version in marketplace. Apparently the review team is not able to see the previous comments or instructions. Kindly help us to resolve this.
