I would like to be able to run an API call to audit Emergency Services for PSAP and Routing. With my setup, the end-users cannot call 911 without this being set. I have 1500 locations and don’t want to have to audit this one by one.
We would also like this ability.
There does not seem to be a way to either Update or Audit the Emergency Services for our Sites. How can we ensure our Sites have the correct Emergency Address setup without this?
In our setup, we have Phone Users with no assigned phone number. We create a Site which has the phone number assigned to it as part of an Auto Receptionist IVR tree. Then, the Phone User’s outbound caller ID is set to the phone number.
We also need to set PSAP such that outbound 911 calls are routed using this same number. However, there does not appear to be a way to do so via the API, or even to check if it has been done on all our users.
How can we fix this so we can ensure all Sites have the option correct selected, ideally programmatically via API?
