Best way to go about getting live participants from meetings?

Hello,

I need to get live participant data for ~15 zoom accounts I manage. I need to know when when hosts/participants join/leave via webhooks, or regular polling(30sec-1min). The meetings always take place in the account’s personal meeting room.
