I would like to know the year-end and New Year holiday business hours for the Zoom App Review Team.
Hello, we do not have a documented SLA, but we were only available Monday and Tuesday Last week, and This Week were available Monday through Wednesday. However, even with the availablity our number of reviewers is reduced. We apologize in advance for any delays with App review during this period. We will catch up in the New Year when we have a fully staffed team.
