Can I join zoom video sdk web session through the zoom application ?

If you are asking if the regular Zoom Client can join a Video SDK Session, the answer is no.
You will need to publish your own Video SDK Client for users to use and Join the Video SDK Web Session

Which zoom mobile application are you referring to?
If you are referring to the official application published by zoom on google play store and Apple App Store, no they do not work with video sdk sessions.
You will need to download and custom build video SDk for android and iOS. These are video SDK session compatible mobile apps.
