Can the user ID be duplicated across different Zoom accounts?

Hi,

A quick question - can a user ID (the alphanumeric 22-character one, for example ‘Zsmdyk9aFKZq7hNwAzpk93’) be assigned to different users in two different Zoom accounts? I assume that it must be unique across the users in one Zoom account, but is there a possibility of having another user with the same ID in a different Zoom account?

The userID is globally unique across all Zoom users.
