Click start_url from email leads to Google 403 error

Description
When opening start_url from email (on Desktop or Mobile), the user encounters Google 403 app_not_configured_for_user.

But once the user has start the session using Zoom app, they can re-open the link with no issue. Wondering if anyone else encounters this issue.
