Closed caption REST API for breakout rooms

The page on Zoom’s closed caption REST API says:

breakout room sessions have an additional subconfid parameter

but I cannot find any examples anywhere on the web that show what value this subconfid parameter is supposed to be. What is this value and where can a meeting host get this from?

Breakout rooms recordings

Description Is it possible to have record break out room sessions? Can I as a host enter a breakout room and assign a co-host to the breakout room so that he can control the recording sessions and then I exit the breakout rooms?
