I’m working with the API method that returns details about who watched a recorded meeting, and I receive a lot of rows where the fields name and email are empty. What does it mean? In which cases it may happen?


How To Reproduce

1. Call the API method - for a recorded meeting that has been viewed
2. Check the name and email fields for emptiness

@iaroslav.frolikov If a Zoom user is signed in to their account on the web and views or downloads the recording, this column displays their profile name and associated email address. Otherwise, guests who view recordings and do not provide their emails to the host will not be displayed in the recording analytics; their email will be hidden.
