Cloud recordings exist but cannot fetch the meeting details from the dashboard

Description
There are a good number of recordings that we get pinged about through the “Cloud Recording Completed” event webhook that has a trace of cloud recordings but no meeting record in the dashboard/report endpoints. Could you help?

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
Webhook/API

Which Endpoint/s?
/meetings/{meetingId}/recordings
/metrics/meetings/{meetingId}
/report/meetings/{meetingId}

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Can provide meeting ids privately if requested.

Hey @berk,

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. If a meeting hasn’t been started in a month, it will expire and you’ll want to use the Past Meeting Details API in order to obtain information about the meetings.

If that doesn’t help, please send an email to developersupport@zoom.us referencing this post with the message IDs in question.
