Custom UI for webinar/meetings

Hi,
We are looking of a custom interface for the zoom webinar.Some thing like this.

Could you help us out on how we can achieve this.

Request if you could let us know if there is any way we can change the background in the Webinar.
Also, if there is a possibility to add our logo on the screen of the Webinar.

We are using the Business Plan of Zoom.
