Used Dashboard API->List Meetings
Trying to find the number of meetings on 3rd Feb 2020.
Output shows the total records/total meetings as 2962.
If we check the 3rd Feb 2020 data in dashboard, the total number of meetings are 3038.
Similar kind of issue is reported in devforum in Sep 2019. And, I didn’t see any solution provided there. Could you please look into it?
“Discrepancy between Dashboard MeetingMinutes reported vs MeetingMinutes computed using REST API meeting participant data rertieved”
Thanks for the details @nonzpal .
This could be related to the issue of some meetings not showing up in your dashboard (sync issue) that we are already looking into.
Do you know the meetingID or meetingUUIDs that are not showing up? If so post them so I can take a look.
JIRA: ZOOM-88802

Hey @priyanka.thummala ,
This may be related to the API UTC time vs dashboard local time.
Checkout this thread:
Thanks, @tommy I believe I found the issue as I was searching for the specific meetings to give you details. It seems like when I pull information from the API, I’m getting UTC time. When I pull the report from the UI, it seems to be automatically giving me either the local time of the user or my local time. So when I filter my local data based on date, 3/15-3/15 for example, it’s not including any meetings after 8PM eastern time unless I include the next day.
Is there a best practice to st…
Thanks,
Tommy
Hi Tommy,
Our dashboard shows the timezone as UTC .
Attaching the screenshots for your reference.
There is a huge difference when I checked it fpr Mar 31st 2020.
Thanks,
Priyanka.

Hey @priyanka.thummala ,
Make sure to pass in the same to and from date when using API.
from=2020-04-09
to=2020-04-16
Thanks,
Tommy
Hello,
April’s screenshot is just showing the timezone .
If you observe the data related screenshots, I have sent for Mar 31st only. That is where the count is not matching.
Thanks,
Priyanka.

Hey @priyanka.thummala ,
I have just asked our engineers to repair your data on March 31st.
Thanks,

Hi Tommy,
Just to clarify , it is not just for 31st Mar. Data is not matching for all the dates.
Thanks,
Priyanka.

Hey @priyanka.thummala ,
To confirm, it is not matching at all for any dates? I have pinged our engineering team to look into it again.
Thanks,
Tommy
