Date format for getting cloud recordings?

I want hour level granularity in my search results. What date format should I pass the dates in for the getRecordings API?

Hi Shruti, 

The format would be yyyy-MM-dd’T’HH:mm:ss for example 2018-09-12T14:00:00.
