Delay in additional review for app update

Hello Zoom Developer Community,

Our app [MeetingSonar] is currently under additional review after we submitted new scopes on Sep 22, 2025.
We submitted an update request with additional scopes on Sep 22, 2025, but we have not received any response for more than a week.
According to the documentation, the first response SLA is 72 hours. Since this update is critical for our service and customers, we are concerned about the delay.

Could anyone share insights on how long the “additional review” process usually takes, or advise if there is a way to check the current review status?

At this time, your app is in the security review phase. The reviewer will return the submission if there are any findings to address, or otherwise proceed with approval.
