Domain Validation for marketplace app

We have no choice but to keep trying. We are on Day 8 trying to just get our domain validated through DNS so that we can submit our app for the marketplace. We have posted multiple messages and have a support ticket that we submitted 8 days ago. With no luck.

Can we please get some help?
