Interesting idea. Perhaps an AI assistant bot that you feed the agenda to in advance, that monitors the conversation and occasionally chimes in (with a DM to you) that you’re off-track or spent too long on topic C and only have 10 minutes left to talk about topic D that you indicated previously would need 20 minutes, etc.
