Expedited Reapproval Request — Momentum Marketplace App

We have a pending reapproval for our Marketplace app “Momentum” and are looking for visibility into its current queue status.

  • All prior reviewer feedback has been addressed — no outstanding items on our end

We have multiple active customer contracts that are dependent on this app being live on the Marketplace. These customers are currently blocked on onboarding and deployment, and the standard 72-hour SLA puts us at risk of deal slippage representing significant ARR.

We understand the review process is FIFO and respect the queue — we’re simply asking if a Marketplace team member could check our submission status and flag it internally given the business impact.

Hello, I ran through the test. We need to authorize the development version of your app using the development client ID; that’s where the changes sit until they are approved and moved over to production. On your staging website when we authorize Zoom, it’s directing to a different app; please configure the development client ID for the published app for us to complete testing.

Hello. @Vishnu2 @Subodh1 I have been OOO since last week Wednesday, and unfortunately there is no way to indicate that on this platform, @elisa.zoom is also out on maternity leave. Please resubmit the app ASAP so we can run through the testing and expedite the approval. The app hasn’t been resubmitted since I sent it back on June 2nd. I made my team aware to expedite this when the submission was received, but it was never resubmitted. We are sorry for the delays here, but I assure you we can do everything needed to get this app approved as soon as possible.

Hey @kwaku.nyante , hope you had a great time-off. Regarding the app, we are not seeing any option to resubmit. It just shows ‘Update request submitted’. However, Vishnu has submitted new 1password credentials in the comment section of the application since the old ones have expired. Let us know if you need any more information.

Hello, I just replicated your login to confirm; you need to acknowledge the notes from the reviewer and resubmit the app. The option to resubmit will only be available if you’re logged in as the app owner.

Please do that and resubmit ASAP. We cannot see any of the comments until the app is resubmitted.
