I’m currently working on a SaaS project where I’m integrating Zoom APIs for meetings and user-based services. Everything is working fine on the technical side, but I’ve run into a challenge when it comes to handling international pricing and VAT.
Since the platform will be used by customers in different regions (especially EU countries), I want to make sure that VAT is calculated correctly and applied based on location. This becomes a bit tricky when combining API usage, subscriptions, and dynamic pricing models.
I wanted to ask if anyone here has experience managing VAT or region-based pricing alongside Zoom integrations. Are there any recommended approaches or tools that can help simplify this process?
For basic calculations and testing, I’ve been using a simple VAT calculator tool:
