How to enable event subscription for meeting.summary_completed?

I’m trying to subscribe to the meeting.summary_completed webhook. In the documentation, it says I need to add this event type " Meeting summary have completed". But I don’t see this in my UI. What can I do here? Can someone enable this webhook event for me?
