Which API endpoint can we used to expose or get the user’s reaction from the chat meetings and/or channels?

I saw that it does include the reactions on the individual message. However, I want to have it on one call, probably on List user’s chat messages and Get chat messages reports.

What do you mean when you say that you want to have it in one call? Do you mean with just one API call?
With the List users chat messages you can get the messages associated to an user

Yes, just one API call.

Yup, the List user’s chat messages gives the messages, but doesn’t have the reactions.
