How to pull all "cc" files from company's recordings

Description
Is there a way I can pull all of the “cc” files (vtt type audio transcripts) for all the cloud recordings on my company’s account? I’ve been having to download them 1 at a time. New to the zoom API.

Goal is to have a filetree of folders labeled by each person’s zoom account, the folders containing all of their audio transcript .vtt files from all their recorded meetings
