I’m exploring options to automate the transfer of Zoom cloud recordings to YouTube. While I’m aware of third-party services like Make.com, I’m interested in a more direct approach (not to mentioned the Data Transfer Impact on such a make account).
Is there a currently available Zoom app within the Zoom App Marketplace that functions as a connector to YouTube? Ideally, this app would enable seamless upload of Zoom cloud recordings to a YouTube channel.
Currently, the process involves:
- Getting a trigger from the Recording Completed Webhook in to make.com
- Downloading the recording to make.com
- uploading the recording to youtube via make.com
This approach, while functional, introduces additional steps and potential data transfer limitations within make.
Desired Functionality:
A Zoom app that integrates directly with YouTube, offering automatic upload functionality for Zoom cloud recordings. This would streamline the process and potentially minimize data transfer usage.
