I can't find 'allow live streaming of meetings' option in my account settings

I’m trying to figure out why there is no ‘allow live streaming of meetings’ under my account settings page.

Don’t we have to enable live streaming from our account settings?
I’m trying to say I can’t enable live streaming under “us04web. zoom. us/ profile /setting”.
There is no option for enabling it in my account settings.
