Also, if i use a generic catcher, see screenshot and add that endpoint URL to my webhook app, I do get the notification and event information, when I join a participant to the zoom meeting:

The reason the Incoming Webhook bot cannot accept Zoom Webhooks is because there is no way to send the Incoming Webhook bot auth code with the Zoom Webhook payload as the Zoom Webhook payload has it’s own custom auth code.
Using this app with the Zoom Webhooks is currently not possible.

It would not be difficult for this app to support Zoom Webhooks. I suggest making a feature request in Jira.
