Increase index to 4 for Server-to-Server OAuth App

Hello,

We have created a Server-to-Server OAuth App and would like to increase the index to 4.

Our developers are getting invalid token errors and after looking into this article: Server-to-Server OAuth: annoying token-invalidation - #5 by MultiplayerSession looks like the index needs to be increased.

Please let us know if you need any other information from my side.
