I’m looking for a way to do the below, we currently using Zoom Phone for our company. Any input is very appreciated!
Goal: initiate an outbound call on our CRM, but also be able to pass in a unique CRM ID
Reason: when retrieving the call logs, I can use the unique CRM ID to place the recording back to its right place / profile.
In case you’d ask why we don’t use phone number for ID, we have profiles that have matching phone_number.
