When the Zoom Meeting SDK automatically adjusts video quality, does it consider CPU core speed in addition to CPU usage?

For instance, on devices where the CPU core speed is designed to decrease when CPU usage is low, would this lead to a reduction in video quality?

We are currently observing that on some of our high-performance Android devices, the video quality tends to drop rapidly from 720p to 144p. This behavior is consistent regardless of the SDK version.

We would appreciate it if you could look into this matter. Thank you.

@eyes0nly the video quality depends on not just CPU, but memory and bandwidth available as well.
