Currently, it is only possible to look up deals in Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) with the API, of deals that have already been connected to your CRM. The problem is, Zoom only allows for 4 CRMs with a predefined integration to already be connected. If your CRM is not there, you are completely out of luck.
I’m wondering if it is possible to insert our CRM deals via the API directly into ZRA instead of simply using just an out of the box integration to our CRM to get those deals in there.
I guarantee they already exist and are endpoints, but are just kept hidden as to only be used by those 4 propriety CRM systems. To me, it seems like Zoom has monopolized these 4 CRMs with the exclusion of a PUT deal endpoint in ZRA.
