Hello - We use AxisCare for our customer and employee home care operations technology. AxisCare has an open API. We store customer profiles and employee profiles in AxisCare, much like a CRM. We would like phone calls received or made to be logged into AxisCare. Can the Zoom development team help make that happen, or can you point me in the direction for this feature?
