We are trying to get our Intercom help center that is embedded within the zoom app to allow users to see the help center articles. However, the articles never load inside zoom apps but work great on web. We have whitelisted over 10 different intercom links but its still not solving it. Would love if anyone has solved for this or has any idea whats blocking it from showing.
@YoavGrossman It sounds like this could be related to missing OWASP headers. Have you tried adding the headers referenced here.
Been a while since we connected. Gave this a shot and our headers are working as described in that article. Any idea of another approach to try out?
Can you send a screenshot of the console and the network tab? I would expect something is being blocked due to content policies right now but there could be a runtime error.
