Make a URL address which appears randomly on the screen clickable

The Problem:
Imagine you are in a Zoom meeting and one of your peers shares their screen with a presentation.
Then, on the fifth slide there is a URL link which you would like to browse.
Because you do not have access to the presentation, you need to copy the link letter by letter into your browser.

The Solution:
It would be nice if there was some kind of detection layer that detects if the text on the screen is a url like link, and in the case it does, it would put a clickable button on the screen near the original url link.
