We added a DNS TXT record for domain validation for submitting apps 3 days ago.
However, the message below appears and the domain verification is not successful.
“The verification code was not found for domain <our_domain_name>.”
We check this command.
dig [domain] -t txt
This command confirms that DNS is set.
What should we do?

You can also just add it directly via the domain management services that host your domain. Were not network experts here so you might need to discuss that internally with your IT department on how to add the record. If you can confirm the record was added to the root and its still not working let us know.

Yes, we added it to the route and can see it via dig command, however the domain verification still fails on the marketplace page.

You should have received an email,
then if you click on the link it could direct you to the DM, you can also click on your picture in the top right corner and it will show you the DM’s by clicking on the Mail icon.
