I submitted my Zoom Marketplace app for review and received some comments from functional review step, which was addressed and app updated 4 business days ago.
My app status hasn’t changed since, is there still a 72hr response timeline or what should I expect? We have customers that are waiting to leverage the integration to get online so would appreciate the team taking a look.

Thanks for taking a look at this! I ended up getting some comments on my app right after this post. However, since addressing and submitting updates same day, I haven’t heard back again and it’s been 7 days.
Please remember our SLA is 72hours, not including weekends, US Holidays, and Company closings. Thursday and Friday were days off; we’re getting back today. Your app is in the Queue awaiting security review as of today. That process can take up to 2 weeks. If there are any issues, they will reach out to you via the submission directly.
To ensure I understand. This means that starting today, the process can still take up to 2 weeks and that I shouldn’t be expecting approval anytime soon?
