Meeting end event not sent

End meeting notification via webhook

Description
We are trying to set up an OAuth app with intent to publish. We are not getting meeting end events from this app. Test apps under other accounts work without issue. We have checked by posting to the endpoint manually to verify endpoint. Enabling OAuth using app works but no meeting end events are sent.

Error?
There is no observable error. We are waiting for a meeting end event after the meeting ends but none is sent.

How To Reproduce
After allowing permissions to the app, conduct a meeting in the added account, wait for meeting end event to be invoked for backend service.
