Meeting SDK AuthResult 4 after Pro subscription renewal

Account information:

  • Account owner currently shows Zoom Pro
  • Billing subscription is active
  • Meeting SDK Client IDs have been verified
  • App status is Active/Published
  • Linux Meeting SDK version: 7.0.2

Issue:
Multiple Meeting SDK Client IDs under the same Zoom account worked
successfully before the Pro subscription expired.

After the subscription expired, all Client IDs started returning:

AUTHRET_ACCOUNTNOTENABLESDK (AuthResult 4)

The Pro subscription has now been renewed and the account owner shows Pro,
but Meeting SDK authentication still returns AuthResult 4.

Please verify and manually restore/refresh:

  1. The account-level Meeting SDK entitlement
  2. The Meeting SDK entitlement for the affected Client IDs
  3. Programmatic Join eligibility on the account backend

@Solomon2 are you able to capture the Meeting SDK logs? it should be somewhere in ~/.zoomsdk for linux. I’ll PM you for the download link
