Meeting SDK Missing – Only 3 Options (OAuth, Server-to-Server OAuth, Webhook)

Hello everyone,

I am trying to set up the Zoom Meeting SDK for my project, but the Developer Portal is not showing the correct options.

I only see 3 options under Build App:

  1. OAuth
  2. Server-to-Server OAuth
  3. Webhook

The Meeting SDK and Video SDK options are completely missing.

Because of this:

  • I cannot create a Meeting SDK app
  • I cannot access the SDK Key or SDK Secret
  • The App Credentials page does not show any SDK fields

What I’ve already tried:

  • Chrome, Safari, Firefox
  • Incognito mode
  • Cleared cache
  • Tried from MacBook and iPhone
  • No VPN
  • Still the same result

This is a new Zoom account, and I am not sure if I am listed as the account owner. Some Admin pages also do not load fully.

My goal is to integrate the Meeting SDK for a university project and generate the SDK signature, but I am stuck.

My questions:

  1. Why do I only see OAuth, Server-to-Server OAuth, and Webhook?
  2. Do new accounts require a specific plan to enable the Meeting SDK?
  3. Could my region or account permissions be the cause?
  4. How can I enable the Meeting SDK app type?

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Zoom Developer Forum.
In order to access the meeting sdk, please chose the General Oauth app and you fill find the Embed option under the Features tab. From there you will be able to download the meeting SDK that you would like to use and you should use the app’s client ID and client secret to build your application.
