Multi-platform zoom app?

I am trying to build a Zoom app–i.e. runs inside Zoom–that runs on both Windows and Mac desktops (and iOS and Android later). I intend to create a shared window with custom drawing (3D graphics) that all the members of the meeting can see and control (sorta like a whiteboard).

Do I need to create two different Zoom apps for each platform (via the two different toolkits)?

Is there sample code for creating a simple “custom shared whiteboard”?
(I intend to draw my own 3D graphics instead of typical 2D whiteboard drawing)
