Hi @tommy,

We recently started integrating zoom web sdk into our application. We are generating the signature by using the node js code snippet provided in the documentation. Upon integration, we are facing this “join invalid parameter” message in the browser console and there are no errors details. Can you please help us to fix this.

Make sure you are using a JWT App for your key and secret.

If that does not fix the issue, please email developersupport@zoom.us.

Hey guys, same issue here. I have tried emailing support with my signature and they said are you using the JWT Api key to which I said, I am using my JWT Api Key. Is there anyway i can get more info on why I am getting join invalid parameter!!! I am following the guide to the T.

Same issue here. I’ve tried with the JWT App, to no avail, always getting the “join invalid parameter !!!” message.

In addition, I had to use this reply to even reach the “join invalid parameter” message: Unable to init meeting

Any updates?
