Description
I’m developing a Zoom App that needs to interact with two versions of my own website. My website is going through a full rewrite and has different URL schemes for the same feature set. I want to have one Zoom App work with both of them so I don’t need to duplicate the work and confuse my users.
The problem I am encountering is the wildcard setup for multi-environment OAuth redirect URLs.
The old version of my website has to receive the redirect to this kind of URL scheme: https://[customer name].civicclerk.com/admin/setup/zoom.aspx
The new version of my website has to receive the redirect to this kind of URL scheme: https://[customer name].v8.civicclerk.com/SiteSettings/GlobalSettings/Integrations/Zoom/ConnectToZoom
I need help configuring the OAuth redirect URLs in Zoom App Marketplace to make this work for all environments.
Error
I can not get the zoom app OAuth redirect to work for both situations at the same time.
Our app encounters this error “Invalid Redirect URL” today when someone links their zoom to our app. this not happen last week and everything is working fine until yesterday. What went wrong why the linking of the account no longer works, the app was published without a problem. Now our users can no longer link their zoom due to the error we encountered.
We seem to be experiencing something very similar. We are using the dynamic redirect flow and are experiencing issues with one of our subdomains returning the Invalid redirect: (4700) error. The error for us is specific to subdomains in Production. The setup and subdomains we have in Development work fine. We have double checked client IDs and domain setups. Any help would be appreciated!
We have the same issue again but this time it only happens to the new users of zoom or to the first time linking their zoom account. This not happen if the zoom account is registered as our developer or the account was previously linked before.
