Is their an app. That can do that? Is it possible to develope?

Today it’s possible to recored on cloud and choos if i want the shared screen to be seen on the recording
but i don’t have this option on local recording
to recored and choosing not to record the shared screen
is it possible to devolpe it in zoom?
another suggestion that can be better for us is developing an option that who wishes can choose in live sesion not to see the shared screen
is it possible?
