Recording Sound issue

Description -
I am zoom apis with jwt.

I created a meeting and after ends, recording is available in zoom dashboard.

here the issue is recording is here and also i can play the video/audio file but no sound is there?

Is there any configuration I have to do to enable sound?

Can you please provide the meetingID and recording url (feel free to private message me) so we can look at the logs?

During the meeting host and attendees were unable to get the sound / audio of each other but in recording video sound is working.

Please provide more details like the meeting id, the device you are using, and if you were using the Zoom Client/App or the Zoom Web Client.
