At the moment both dashboard and report endpoints just return the meeting times in UTC. Our users are distributed across the world and timezone information is crucial to reporting on when our meetings are happening. (At the moment a separate call must be made to the meeting endpoint for each meeting, to retrieve the timezone info from there.)
