Hello,

My name is Yersultan, CEO of Call2action AI Inc. (CRM/ATS platform).

We are currently developing a Zoom Phone integration that includes the following functionality:

  • Inbound call screen pop using webhook events (phone.callee_ringing)

  • Outbound click-to-call via Zoom Phone URI scheme (zoomphonecall://)

  • Call recording retrieval and storage

  • OAuth 2.0 PKCE flow for user authorization

At this stage, we need to perform full end-to-end testing of the integration.

However, our developer account does not have an active Zoom Phone license. Because of this limitation, we are unable to:

  • Receive and validate webhook events

  • Test inbound/outbound call flows

  • Access and download call recordings

We would like to understand if there is a way to obtain a temporary Zoom Phone license (developer or sandbox environment) for testing purposes.

No specific API error. The issue is the absence of a Zoom Phone license, which blocks testing of Zoom Phone features.

How To Reproduce:

  1. Create a Zoom developer account without a Zoom Phone license

  2. Attempt to integrate Zoom Phone features (webhooks, call flows, recordings)

  3. Observe that events and functionality are unavailable without an active license
