Request to Enable RTMS for My Zoom Pro Account

Hi Zoom Developer Team,

I’m requesting to enable Real-Time Media Streams (RTMS) on my Zoom Pro account. I have added the necessary account details below.

Account Details:

What I’m asking for:

  • Enable RTMS on my Zoom account.
  • Enable audio stream access (PCM L16, 16kHz, mono) via RTMS for Meetings.
  • Enable the “Allow auto-start for RTMS apps” toggle in the In-Client App Features section of the app builder.

Use case:

  • We are building a real-time meeting transcription and AI assistant POC. The service receives raw PCM audio from Zoom meetings via RTMS WebSocket, processes it through a speech-to-text pipeline, and generates AI summaries.

Thank you for the clarification regarding the Developer Pack requirement for RTMS access.

Before we proceed with purchasing the Developer Pack, would it be possible to enable RTMS on our account for a short trial period (for example: 1 month)? This would allow us to integrate RTMS with our existing codebase, validate the end-to-end audio streaming workflow, and assess whether it meets our technical and testing requirements.

If the evaluation is successful and RTMS proves to be a good fit for our use case, we would be happy to move forward with the purchasing the Developer Pack for ongoing usage.

We would appreciate your consideration and look forward to your guidance.

@Devarsh we no longer offer trial for RTMS after the launch of Developer Pack. It offers a per minute billing rate, and there are no monthly fees associated with it if there are no usage of RTMS.
