SAST/DAST and Penetration Testing

I was trying to get my app approved, and I wanted to ask if it would create an issue if we select “no” for these two questions, which require a file to be provided.

Does your application undergo SAST (Static Application Security Test) and/or DAST (Dynamic Application Security Test)? (required)
Does the application periodically undergo 3rd Party Application penetration testing? (required)
