Screen Share Feature Not Working on Mobile Using Zoom Video SDK

Hello Team,

We’re using the Zoom Video SDK for our application, and we’ve encountered an issue with the screen share feature on mobile devices. It seems to not function as expected, and we’re unable to share screens while in mobile.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or is there a known solution?
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your feedback.

Are you using the Video SDK Web? If so, the screen share feature is not supported due to browser limitations. The getDisplayMedia method is not supported on mobile platforms.
