Which version?
SDK version 1.7.7

Hey @aquarivm,

Can you please try using version 1.7.8.

Let me know if that fixes the issue.

Thanks,
Tommy

Hi @tommy
The problem continues persists with the version 1.7.8

Hey @aquarivm,

I am having trouble reproducing your issue.

Please provide steps to reproduce including which device and browser.

Thanks,
Tommy

I noticed the same error with 1.7.8 as well. As the OP said it happens when using the pop-out feature and then trying to raise hand.

Hey @jerry-wdg,

Can you provide steps to reproduce the issue?

Thanks,
Tommy

From your view above, before clicking the raise hand button. Click on the down carat icon and select the pop-out feature. Then try using the raise hand feature.

Here is a short video of the issue I noticed. http://share.jjpmann.com/screenshots/zoom-vid.mov.mp4

Hi, @tommy We are also facing the same issue in 1.7.8. Seems like the issue exists for all the options available in the footer of participant panel when it is popped out.

Update: This issue exists in 1.7.8 and not in 1.7.9 but we are not able to update because of the Recaptcha feature released in that version and it is blocking attendees from joining the session.

Hey @jerry-wdg, @aquarivm,

This issue is fixed in version 1.7.9.

Thanks,
Tommy

Hey @harish.venkataraman,

Have you seen the thread here showing how to get the captcha feature to work:

Thanks,
Tommy

Hi @tommy Is there any callback by which we can catch this error and do appropriate steps on our side? I am not able to catch the recaptcha error in init and also join method. I will post the same in the recaptcha feature thread.

Thanks
Harish

Thanks for the updates. I do see it working in 1.7.9 but we can also not use this unless we are able to disable recaptcha.

Hey @jerry-wdg,

We are looking into the option of disabling Recaptcha.

Thanks,
Tommy

Hey @harish.venkataraman,

Yes, let’s move this discussion to the recaptcha feature thread.
