Server-to-Server OAuth App for Multi-Tenant SaaS Use

Hello Zoom Developer Support Team,

We are a SaaS provider planning to integrate Zoom meetings into our platform. We would like to use the Server-to-Server OAuth App to allow our enterprise customers to create and manage Zoom meetings through our system.

Each customer would install the app in their Zoom account and provide us with their credentials (Client ID, Secret, Account ID).

Could you please confirm if this usage model complies with Zoom’s API Terms of Use?

If not, would an ISV agreement or Marketplace listing be required to support this multi-tenant integration?

Thank you for your guidance.

Hello @minamisono

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. Sharing of app credentials is not allowed. Instead, an account admin can install the app created by the developer, and the app can make API calls for users on that account. This would require a Marketplace app approval. You are also welcome to connect with Zoom’s ISV team for guidance on multi-tenant scenarios: https://www.zoom.com/en/isv/

Best regards,

Yoon
