Significant delay between pushing captions via Closed Captions REST API and them appearing in the meeting

Description
We’re providing closed captions to Zoom meetings as a service and we’ve got complaint that captions got significantly(~3 minutes) delayed in Zoom compared to our internal output of the transcript.
I’ve checked the logs of how it went and saw no issues from our side - captions were sent to Zoom Closed Captions API timely without any delays.

Error?
There was no error, the requests completed successfully. The issue was that participants of the meeting got the captions about 3 minutes late.
