On my user-managed General app, Build Flow > Technical Design > Overview, the Architecture Diagram upload fails every time.
POST https://marketplace.zoom.us/api/v1/files/upload returns HTTP 400. No error is shown in the UI. The file chip appears and the section counter briefly reads 5/5, but nothing is stored and it reverts to 4/5 on reload.
Tried: PNG (144 KB), JPEG (107 KB), JPEG (60 KB), PDF (111 KB), all listed as accepted formats. Fresh page load each time, and a fresh browser session.
The same upload endpoint accepted my App Icon (light and dark) and Cover Image on the same app and account today, and those persisted. So the failure appears specific to the Architecture Diagram field.
Impact: Technical Design cannot reach 5/5, so Request to Share on the Beta Test page stays disabled with “Please complete technical design firstly”. This blocks sharing the app with a customer outside my Zoom account.
